A very nice example of the highly regarded Century Kompressor Sport, professionally/custom built and finished to a high standard.

Built on the genuine Century Kompressor Sport carbon blank, clearly marked:

This is a serious traditional Century beachcasting rod with plenty of power through the blank and designed for powerful shore casting and general beach fishing.

The custom build really sets this one apart from a standard factory-finished rod. It features attractive metallic copper/orange whipping and detailing, quality lined guides, contrasting high-visibility whipping towards the tip and a long comfortable shrink/rubber-style handle with adjustable reel fitting.

As the photographs show, the rod is in very nice used condition. The blank and fittings present extremely well, with only the normal minor signs associated with a used fishing rod. The guides and whipping all look particularly smart.

A quality piece of British beachcasting tackle and a particularly attractive example for anyone who appreciates the older high-performance Century blanks.
